To initiate a line, a Credit Line Application Checksheet is available on our website to assist both you and the customer throughout the process. This form outlines specific information required, based upon the amount of credit anticipated over the next twelve months. A signature is required at the bottom of the application form to enable us to complete our investigation. By spending a few minutes to complete the form with the customer, your turnaround time can be reduced, eliminating delays related to requesting additional information.
